No one can deliver furniture for "free". Any business has two options. Build the cost of delivery into the price of the merchandise or pass the cost of delivery onto the customer. At Jarons Furniture we have contracted with an independent delivery service that is able to perform the service at a wholesale price. This rate is lower than a professional moving service. nbsp;

What time will you deliver?
Once our delivery service "routes" the stops and loads the truck you may call the store to get a four hour time frame in which we expect your furniture to be delivered. We will have these "time frames" the night before your delivery after 6:00 p.m. If you need to cancel a delivery you must do so before 3:00 p.m. the day before your delivery date. Please arrange to have someone available to accept delivery.

How can I pay?
Any C.O.D.'s must be paid using cash, certified check, or, money order there will be no personal checks, or credit cards accepted during delivery.

Will they take my old furniture?
Our delivery service will perform the following function. They will assemble and place the furniture in the area you designate, and they will remove all packing material. They will not remove or dispose old furniture.

What about tight fits?
Some houses in this area have narrow doors and halls and low ceilings often furniture will not fit into these houses. Our delivery service is instructed to make every effort to get your furniture into where you want it. I have given them explicit instructions not to damage the furniture or your home in the process. The final decision will be left to the driver.

What about damaged items?
If your item has some damage, PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE the entire shipment. If the item clearly cannot be repaired, you can refuse that one item, and we will replace it. Most items can be easily repaired and we will send someone out to repair the item or recommend its replacement.

Picking Up Merchandise

Merchandise can be picked up at the store during our pick up hours, Tuesday through Saturday between 10 am and 5 pm. Our warehouse is closed Sunday and Monday.
