HISTORY

Jarons Furniture was started in August of 1980 in Willingboro, by our founder William Jaron. Bill had many years of furniture experience before he opened our Willingboro location. He opened his second location in Bordentown in 1991 and unfortunately passed away before we opened our Cherry Hill location in 2006. We are proud to carry on the tradition that Bill started, which is to offer the lowest price and best service to our customers.

PRICE

Jarons Furniture is a one-price store. There are no "sales". We will never mark any merchandise up so that it can later be put on "sale" at a lower price. We spend much of our time at the furniture markets looking for and negotiating the best deals possible. With our volume buying power we are able pass the savings directly to you, our customer.

PRICE GUARANTEE / LAY-A-WAY PLAN

For added convenience to you we offer a "price guarantee plan". Many stores call this a layaway, but, since we do not actually hold the specific merchandise for you we call it a "price guarantee". Here is how we work it- After a specified down payment Jarons Furniture will guarantee the price for one full year. During that year you will be required to make a monthly payment to keep your order active.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Some vendors offer custom made special order merchandise. This merchandise will be ordered and made to your specifications. All special orders require a 50% down payment. In most cases special ordered merchandise will take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive at our warehouse (imports may take longer). You must take deliver within 14 days from the time your special order arrives. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WITH A FACTORY, WE CAN NOT CANCEL THAT ORDER.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

A full refund will be issued to any non-delivered order within 3 days after that order is written. Refunds will be made by check or credit card only. No cash refunds. If you paid by check we must wait 14 days before we will issue any refund. Refunds will only be issued back to the person's name on the original order. If an order is canceled after 3 days we will issue a store credit only. Special order deposits are nonrefundable.

THE HEAP

When we have a closeout item, cancelled special orders we throw it in the Heap! Outstanding values, one of a kind merchandise that’s priced up to 70% off our regular prices, sometimes below cost. With these kinds of deals, there are certain rules that pertain to the “Heap”. All merchandise is sold As Is, without warranties or service. The merchandise must be picked up or delivery set up within 7 days, or it will be released for sale..
